Our workplace is registered by the Occupational Safety and Health Authority (OSHA) where each staff staff/operator receives a workplace induction/ training on the Occupational, Health and Safety (OHS) rules that must be respected and is made aware of the risks associated with their functions. We have the site-specific rules that must be complied with such as; Wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), workplace specific safety documents, policies and plans, incidents/emergency reporting procedures, first aid, and security requirements
In order to; reduce the operation associated risk, improve efficiency, increasing productivity and ensuring compliance with legislation Magnet Group Tanzania Limited have the fleet management procedures which take a look at our five key areas of fleet; equipment/vehicle acquisition, fuel management, equipment/vehicle maintenance, health and safety, and compliance.
